The stable version of Android 9.0 Pie appeared on the market in August this year. However, most smartphone manufacturers have not been able to prepare updates for their devices. One of them is Samsung, which for a long time has been working on Android Pie for Galaxy S9/S9+. But what about other smartphones?

Samsung published detailed roadmap of Android 9.0 Pie updates in the Samsung Members application, which brings together beta testers. It turned out that the Koreans plan to update almost the entire Galaxy line. Unfortunately, owners of mid-range smartphones will have to wait longer than flag-holders. Users of Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge will also be disappointed. These models will not be updated to the latest Android version at all. On the other hand, owners of this year’s Galaxy S9 and S9+ can download a stable version of the Android Pie update for several days.
