Finally! Two more Sony smartphones have just got the newest Android operating system. Generally, this information covers three models: M4 Aqua, M4 Aqua Dual and M5. The update is also planed for M5 Dual version, but it will be available later.

So, if you want to have nice dual-SIM Android based smartphone with Android Marshmallow on board, then Sony Xperia M4 Aqua Dual should be your choice. This is very nice 5-inches smartphone with IP68 certificate. It means that M4 Aqua is dust and waterproof up to 1.5 meter and 30 minutes. It has also Snapdragon 615 chip, 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. However, you can install additionally microSD card. It is priced about Rs. 20 500.

Xperia M5 model priced at about Rs. 25 000, but it is currently out of stock in several online shops. Generally, it has faster processor (Mediatek Helio X10) and more RAM (3 GB) than M4 Aqua smartphone. I hope that Xperia M5 Dual will get Marshmallow update soon.

Please remember, that Sony has released the Marshmallow 6.0.1 update for these phones worldwide, but it will available at different times depending on the operator, market, region and country. So far, my Sony Xperia M4 Aqua Dual did not display update notification. However, I look forward to it with anticipation.
